Staying Connected - with yourself & others

Hi my friend,

Two weeks ago, things surrounding Covid-19 started to get real in Alabama. We saw an influx of TP sales, panic buying, funny memes, and definitely increased stress. I made my Costco run and prepared to bunker in, just like many of you. Since then, I’ve gone through waves of reading too much, feeling like I prepared too little and moments of pure bliss for the space quarantine life has opened. As you can imagine, I’ve been cooking a lot :)

With all in-person offerings coming to a screeching halt, my biggest question to myself at the moment is how do we support each other? Staying connected to yourself and others during isolation is imperative for mental health, which governs much of our physical health and immune response.

With this in mind, I’m compiling offerings for you to explore. Below, you’ll find ways we can work together 1:1, local wellness providers, and a new 21 day e-course The Fearless Om has been working on. If you have resources to add, reach out! I’d love to keep this list going.

Spark Coaching - Let’s talk about life. I’m here to support you with pantry stocking, recipe ideas, meal plans/prep, work from home tips, stress reduction, movement, sleep quality, mindful goal setting - we can even cook together! Nothing is off limits. If I don’t have the toolset to support you, I can connect with more qualified practitioners. Sessions are offered in 30 or 60-minute time blocks and can be purchased as a single session or in a package.

Sunia: Deep Listening E-Course - Sunia is sanskrit for deep listening, but its meaning goes beyond our understanding of listening to “from a place of true stillness you listen”. Week-by-week we will look at self-care through your ability to listen deeply - not with your ears, but with your heart. You will be gently guided towards inner knowing. It is this connection through which compassion and self-acceptance will bloom and flourish. This course is a fit for you if:

  • You are tired of mainstream noise about “self-care”

  • Your time and other resources are limited, and you need a course to come to you

  • You need simple, yet profound, tools to help you re-charge and re-center

Yoga Lives with Practice Works - Stay connected with your practice and other yogis with regular remote class options. Check out the PW schedule here (or in the Mindbody app) and book a class.

At-Home Personal Training - Taylor Williams is a Yogi and Trainer Bill & I have worked with for 2 years. He has a mindful, accessible, approach to incorporating movement and strength into your life. He’s now offering remote 1:1 sessions for $40/workout.
